Instructions

  1. Bring the water for the pasta to a boil. Add either salt or vegetable stock to the water and cook the pasta to taste.
  2. In the meantime, cut the shallot into small pieces and fry in the oil with the garlic. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small strips and fry them briefly as well. Now add the crab meat.
  3. Season everything with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice and then add the cream. Let the cream reduce. Now quarter the cherry tomatoes and place them in the sauce so that they become warm.
  4. As soon as the pasta is ready, drain and mix with the sauce before serving. If you like, you can top it with grated cheese or grated Parmesan.
