Just mix the ingredients. Place baking paper on 2 baking trays and distribute the mixture on top. Don`t be alarmed, the dough is very runny and has to be spread flat on the baking sheet with a spoon!
Bake at 170 ° C (convection) for a total of 45 - 60 minutes. The dough must be dry and a little browned. If the crackers come off the paper well, then they are ok.
Please note: After about 15 minutes of baking time, cut the dough into the desired shape, later this will not work anymore (then there will only be breakage).
Of course, the dough can be modified as desired with other grains or spices. They keep fresh for weeks in a tin can.
