Divide the trout with a fork and stir in the creme fraiche. Cut the cucumber into 12 slices of the same thickness and place on top of a cracker. Spread the fish mousse on top, garnish with dill. Serve as cool as possible.
Possibly put a piece of tomato or red pepper on top of the crackers - it looks nice and tastes good
TIP: if you don`t like trout, you can take salmon or smoked mackerel, for example
