Chop the cranberries in a blender, food processor or mulinette or similar, but do not muse.
Put the fruit in a sealable container (mason jar or similar), add the lemon and orange peel along with the cinnamon, the clove and the vodka. Bring the sugar and water to the boil and add about 375 ml of the syrup to the cranberry vodka.
Let the mixture steep for about 4 weeks, then filter it thoroughly and let it mature for a few weeks.
