Wash orange with hot water, dry off. Rub 2 tablespoon peel, squeeze out the juice.
Bring cranberry juice and sugar to a boil over low heat while stirring. Let boil open for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cranberries, orange juice and orange peel and let cool.
Pour the mixture into a cold-proof bowl and place in the freezer. After about 1 hour, stir the mixture well, put it back in the freezer. Repeat the process 2-3 times. Take the sorbet out of the freezer about 15 minutes before portioning and serve in well-chilled glasses.
