Break apart the garlic, peel the cloves and roughly chop. Dissolve two heaped teaspoons of vegetable stock powder in 200 ml of hot water and set aside. Whenever possible, peel the North Sea shrimps fresh yourself (order from the fishmonger in good time). But this is also delicious with crayfish.
Put on the pasta. Sweat the garlic in the oil, it shouldn`t brown, and deglaze with the broth. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. As soon as the pasta is al dente, drain and place on the preheated plate. Then briefly add the crabs or crayfish to the saucepan with the garlic and herbs in the broth. You don`t need heat. Stir briefly and pour over the pasta.
Note: the noodles make you feel full. Everything else are the little highlights to be satisfied with a simple meal.
