Chop the nuts or almonds, clean the apple, bell pepper and mango and cut into small pieces. Put these ingredients in a large bowl, add the crayfish, yoghurt, lime juice, Miracel Whip and the finely chopped basil leaves, season with pepper and a little salt and mix well. First sprinkle the parmesan on the plates, otherwise it will soften.
The crayfish salad is always delicious in different variations, as a starter salad or as a main course salad. It is very refreshing and not only suitable for summer.
