Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into small cubes and fry in butter until the onion cubes are translucent. Then add the spices (curry, cinnamon and turmeric) to the pot and shortly afterwards deglaze with a mixture of white wine, pineapple juice and soy sauce.
  2. Then chop the pineapple slice and put it in the mixture. Then add the cream, season with honey, salt and chili powder and simmer a little until it has a slightly thicker consistency. Then take the sauce off the stove and let it cool down.
  3. Mix the crayfish tails in the cold sauce and then arrange on a bed of lamb`s lettuce.
