Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool down a bit.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Then stir in the cream and eggs. Add the butter in a thin stream.
  3. Let the dough soak for 20 minutes.
  4. Bake in the hot waffle iron for about 2-3 minutes per waffle.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Tip: replace half of the cream with sour cream.
