Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets, cook it well and set both aside for now.
Cut the cooked ham into strips and fry in a little margarine. Deglaze with cream and milk. Dissolve the cream cheese in it and season to taste with granulated broth, fondor, salt and pepper. Now add the pasta and broccoli and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Emmentaler cheese before serving.
