In a bowl, mix the herbal cream cheese and sour cream with a little milk to the desired consistency, salt, pepper and - if desired - fold in 1 - 2 cloves of garlic from the garlic press, finally stir in the fresh parsley and fresh chives.
The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator until it is consumed, but it should be used as soon as possible after preparation and should be stirred well again before further use.
This dressing tastes very good with cucumber and green leaf salads, it also goes well with radishes and radishes.
Tip: Fresh red or yellow peppers taste very good in dressing when skinned and cut into fine cubes.
