Wash, clean and pat the strawberries dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces and mix with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in a bowl and let it steep a little so that a little juice forms.
Stir the cream cheese with a little cold milk until smooth. It should still be firm.
Pour the cream cheese into 3 deep plates and smooth out. Now spread 2 -3 tablespoons of the strawberries with a little juice on each. Garnish with white chocolate flakes and biscuits and serve.
