Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and coarsely chop the biscuits (not too small). Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar together well. Fold the whipped cream and biscuits into the cream cheese and yoghurt cream. Fill into four glasses and pour fruit puree (raspberry puree is particularly tasty) on top. Cool for at least 2 hours.
  2. Variant for chocolate fans:
  3. In addition to the biscuits, add 50 g dark chocolate cubes to the cream.
  4. Tip for strawberry season:
  5. Instead of the chocolate biscuits I use shortbread biscuits or ladyfingers, in addition I stir about 2 tablespoons of chopped, fresh basil leaves into the cream. I put finely chopped, lightly sugared strawberries on top of the cream.
