Instructions

  1. Cut the red onions into small cubes, they shouldn`t be chopped by machine if possible, otherwise too much juice will leak out and the dip will taste different. Put the onions in a bowl and mix them with the cream cheese and some milk. If you like the cream more solid, you can replace the milk with cream or leave it out. Finally, add 1 - 2 packets of herbs according to your taste.
  2. Tip: Put in the fridge overnight, so the onions give off their taste better.
