- Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat. Take out and let cool.
- Mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt until creamy. Chop the basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Mix the basil, tomatoes and pine nuts with the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper and let steep for at least 1-2 hours. Season again to taste.
- Great for party buffets.
