Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Beat the cream until it is semi-firm with the stirring stick and add to the cream cheese. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the radishes into small cubes.
Mix everything with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally add 3-4 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
The dressed cream cheese can be served with wholemeal bread or as a dip for grilling.
