Instructions

  1. Take the cheese out of the package and place in a bowl. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes slightly and cut into thin strips.
  2. Tip: If you can`t find pickled sun-dried tomatoes in the supermarket, you can also use simple sun-dried tomatoes. I then always pour a few tablespoons of boiling water on them and add a few more teaspoons of olive oil. After about half an hour, the tomatoes will have the desired consistency.
  3. Depending on your preference, you can add the garlic clove pressed or crushed with a fork to the cheese. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, done.
  4. This dip is really a hit at every party or barbecue! Very easy to prepare, impressive in taste. Tastes great with bread, fresh vegetables, meat
