Instructions

  1. Put the olives, pine nuts, garlic and oil in the blender and puree until smooth. First brush the toast (I usually cut off the edges) with this mixture and then with the cream cheese. Cut the toast twice diagonally to make small triangles. Decorate each with half an olive and arrange on a platter.
  2. Is the ideal snack for every party!
