Chop the garlic cloves and crush a little together with the salt.
Lightly brown the chopped nuts in a pan without fat with the roasted, crumbled chilli and mix with the garlic-salt mixture while they have cooled down a little.
Let the sugar caramelize light yellow in the pan. Add the mixture with the nuts and stir in. It has to be done quickly so that the garlic doesn`t burn and become bitter!
Place the contents of the pan on a prepared piece of baking paper and let cool down completely.
Shape the cream cheese into balls (diameter approx. 2 cm) and roll them in the nut-garlic mixture.
Chill until consumption and serve in praline capsules.
The savory brittle mixture is also suitable as a salad topping.
