Cut the turkey schnitzel into small strips. Chop the onion and fry it with the meat in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Take the meat out of the pan and keep it warm.
Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Stir the cream cheese into the vegetable stock and let it melt. Add the drained mushrooms and meat and let simmer a little. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spices of your choice.
Noodles or rice taste good as a side dish (charge extra!)
