Peel the clementine or tangerine, peel the individual segments and remove the pulp. If it doesn`t disintegrate, break it into small pieces and add about 25 g of it to the cream cheese.
Cut the white part of the spring onions and a piece of the green into strips and across into small pieces. Also add to the cream cheese, mix well with a pinch of salt and a little pepper. Let it steep before serving and season again to taste.
