Ingredients

• 500 g quark, 40%
• 1 small onion (s)
• 2 teaspoons chives, cut into fine rolls
• some cumin
• 100 ml cream
• salt and pepper
• Dill, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Cut the onion into very fine cubes and mix with all the other ingredients. At the end add enough cream to make a fluffy curd cheese.
2. We always eat it with boiled potatoes and is a super quick, cheap meal!
