Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and carrot and cut into wafer-thin slices on the vegetable slicer.
  2. Put the cucumber slices in a bowl, add a little salt and let it steep.
  3. In another bowl, stir the cream with the vinegar, oil, mustard and honey until smooth and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and season. If desired, you can mix in some salad herbs. Add the sunflower seeds and add the carrot slices to the sauce and let them steep.
  4. When the cucumbers have drawn a little water, drain them off or squeeze them out by hand and add to the carrots. Mix everything together well, leave to stand for a while and serve.
