Instructions

  1. Drain the sour cherries overnight. You must be completely dry.
  2. Mix the 4 cups of cream quark with a cup of cream, the vanilla sugar and an eggnog.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  4. Alternately layer the cream with the cherries in a bowl, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles just before serving.
