Instructions

  1. Chop the spring onions and roast them in a little margarine. Dice the boiled potatoes and briefly roast them together with the dill. Pour in the broth and simmer a little.
  2. Prepare a stew with flour and fat and add it to the broth. Refine with the sour cream and season a little with the spices. Goes well as a side dish to fish dishes!
