- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Then carefully fold in the yogurt.
- Sweeten the cream yoghurt mixture with the white sugar.
- Sugar the fruits (ATTENTION: some frozen fruits are very sour and have to be heavily sugar-coated!)
- Fill the fruits in dessert glasses / bowls and pour the cream and yoghurt cream over them.
- Then sprinkle with the brown sugar and refrigerate for 1 hour.
