Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then stir in the salt, sugar and herbs. Add the mustard and stir until smooth. Add the cream as the last and season to taste.
  2. The amount is enough for a medium-sized bowl of lettuce (approx. 300 g).
