Instructions

  1. Cut the schnitzel into thin strips and fry in the oil until golden brown. Then take it out of the pan.
  2. Remove dirt from the mushrooms, halve and cut the halves into thin slices. Fry them in the pan with the oil until they are lightly roasted (add a little more oil if necessary).
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the mushrooms, fry until translucent. Now add the meat again, pour on the cream and water. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Finally mix the flour with a little water and thicken the sauce with it. There is also rice.
