Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, dice the onion as well. Sauté the potatoes and onions in a pan with a little oil, then deglaze with the cream and vegetable stock.
  2. Add processed cheese and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. Season to taste with salt, pepper and flavor.
  3. I always add vegetable broth according to feeling, so I can`t say exactly how much ml it is. It also depends on how much sauce you would like to have later.
  4. It goes well with meatloaf and broccoli.
