Instructions

  1. Halve the savoy cabbage. Remove the stalk, wash it and cut it into bite-sized strips. Peel the onion and dice it with the tofu.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the tofu and fry a little. Then add the onions and fry until translucent. Now add the savoy cabbage and deglaze everything with the cream. Season to taste with the spices and let simmer for about 30-45 minutes with the lid closed and on a low flame. Stir more often. After tasting again and then mixing in the chopped parsley, the meal can be served.
  3. Almost tastes even better a day later.
