Bring the milk and sugar to the boil. Stir occasionally. When the milk comes up, take the saucepan off the stove immediately and add the semolina and then the cream, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil again and keep stirring.
Then pour the hot dessert into 6 cups and cover with cling film. When they have cooled down a little, you can put them in the refrigerator or, alternatively, eat them straight away.
The dessert tastes delicious even after three days in the refrigerator.
