Season the sliced turkey with salt and pepper and powder with flour. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Drain the peas. Cut the bacon into cubes.
Heat the pan and add the butter or clarified butter. Fry the strips until golden and then add the onions. Add the peas and bacon. If desired, deglaze with white wine. Add the vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Add the cream and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with the spices according to need and taste.
