Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  2. If available, place a pizza stone on the floor of the oven and preheat it (at least 30 minutes).
  3. Put the bread mixture in a bowl, knead with ~ 330 ml of warm water and the oil using a hand mixer (dough hook) to form a dough.
  4. Alternatively, make the bread dough yourself from 250 g wheat flour, 250 g rye flour, 1/2 P dry yeast).
  5. Shape the dough into a ball, cover and let rise for approx. 90 minutes.
  6. (Tip: place with the bowl in warm water or in the oven at 40 ° C).
  7. The dough must have almost doubled in size.
  8. Peel the onion and cut into the finest cubes, mix with the sour cream, processed cheese, grated cheese and diced bacon, season, finally stir in the egg (do not use a mixer, otherwise the mixture will be too runny!)
  9. Knead the dough again by hand, cut into eighths, roll out every eighth as thinly as possible into flat cakes. If necessary, add a little more flour.
  10. Spread a thin layer of oil over the rolled-out flatbreads, prebake these flatbreads for 2-3 minutes (bottom rail or on the pizza stone, 250 °). Then spread the topping on. Bake on the bottom shelf or on the pizza stone for about 10 minutes - as you see it - finish.
  11. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings, sprinkle with flatbreads - serve.
  12. The cream stain comes very close to the cream stain offered at fairs! Tastes great with Federweißer!
