• 350 ml milk
• 150 ml sweet cream
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 1 pinch salt
• 80 g rice puddin
• 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, set the temperature to a setting somewhere between cooking and keeping warm. Simmer the rice pudding for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Hot morello cherries go very well with the rice pudding.
