Drain the cherries well using a sieve. Catch the juice and distribute the cherries between the dessert glasses, putting some aside for the garnish.
Mix 5 tablespoon cherry juice with the vanilla pudding powder. Bring the remaining juice with the cinnamon to the boil while stirring, stir in the dissolved pudding. Remove from heat, after 2 minutes distribute the mixture over the cherries. This should be done quickly, as the mass solidifies quickly.
Now mix the quark with the Cremefine and the vanilla sugar and also distribute the cream on the glasses. Garnish with cinnamon, the remaining cherries and almonds or nuts. Tastes cold, but also when the pudding is still warm over the cherry bed.
