Clean the mushrooms and cut them into leaves. Then dice the onions and fry them together with the mushrooms, then set aside and fry the meat briefly. Then put everything together with the broth, cream and white wine in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Then add the cream cheese cubes, parsley and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, add a little broth if necessary. Finally, bind with flour and briefly bring to the boil again.
Croquettes or ribbon noodles are ideal as a side dish.
