Instructions
The potatoes with the caraway seeds and the salt 40 minutes !!! (Attention! No typo) cook as jacket potatoes. Let cool, peel and cut into 1cm thick slices.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and ham and sauté everything. Dust with the flour and pour over the broth. Add the cream and sour cream. Season with nutmeg. If necessary, thicken the sauce with a little flour water.
Let the potato slices warm up in the sauce and serve.
