Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into not too thin slices. Put in a saucepan, lightly salt, add the cream and just cover with milk. Bring to the boil and finish cooking on low heat.
  2. Shake the pot carefully every now and then so that nothing sticks. Season to taste with the spices and stir in the butter.
