Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and then mix with the low-fat quark, sugar and vanilla using a hand mixer. Then peel the very ripe organic bananas (organic is important, they are more aromatic) and crumble in small pieces in the bowl. Squeeze the tangerine (orange or lemon is also possible) and pour the juice directly over the crumbled banana so that the quark does not turn so brown later. It also tastes better. The whole thing is now thoroughly whisked again with the hand mixer. Now refrigerate in a sealed bowl until ready to be eaten.
  2. As a variation, you can sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top just before serving.
