- Puree the blueberries with the powdered sugar, except for a handful. Whip the cream.
- Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar in an extra bowl until creamy. Then stir in the milk, the fruit puree and the whipped cream.
- Stir the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 15 minutes. Add the whole fruits and stir for another 5 minutes.
