Melt the chocolate bons in a saucepan at a low temperature and let cool down a little.
Beat the egg and yolks with the sugar until frothy and fold in the cooled chocolate candy mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate and egg mixture.
Put the ice cream mixture in the ice cream maker or in a freezer container for 45 minutes. With the variant with the freezer container, you have to stir again and again so that the ice cream is nice and creamy. The cooling time here is then 2 hours.
Finally, just before the ice cream hardens, fold in the chopped chocolate candy.
