Chop the onion very (!) Finely. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, stir in the onions. Gradually stir in the cream cheese. Keep hitting it. Last but not least, add cayenne pepper to taste. Now the spread should be super light. Scatter chives rolls over if necessary.
Tastes super delicious on fresh rolls / bread and the insider tip par excellence: If you eat it on rolls / bread, put a slice of salmon ham on top.
