• 50 ml balsamic vinegar, good
• 100 ml olive oil
• 2 clove (s) garlic, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• salt and pepper
• basil

Instructions

1. Put the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise and garlic in a tall container and puree with the blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. A wonderfully creamy dressing that goes perfectly with salads such as rocket with parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and good ham.
3. Let it steep a little so that the garlic comes through properly. Also delicious if you add basil too!
