Instructions
Slice the onions and cook them in the beef stock.
Fry the gyros in a large saucepan without fat, then add the cream, onion soup, chilli sauce, Chinese sauce and chopped peppers. Let the soup simmer until the meat and vegetables are cooked, stirring often.
We like to eat herbal baguette with it.
