In the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry it with the bacon and ham (put bacon first, then ham, then onions in the pan), then set aside. Chop the cheese and set it aside.
Drain the pasta and fry in a pan until lightly browned. Now add the onions, bacon and ham again and fry briefly. Add the cheese. When the cheese has melted slightly, immediately add half of the cream and let it almost cook off. Now add a dash of dry white wine and the rest of the cream and let it boil down until a creamy sauce is formed.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika and serve on warm plates!
