Melt the butter in the pan, then add the flour and slowly brown while stirring constantly until there are no more lumps. Pour in the water and spices and simmer well. Beat with the whisk until smooth, then gradually add the milk. Bring to the boil briefly. Then carefully add the herbs. Don`t let it boil anymore!
The daisies can be used to garnish, but also stir in at the same time. If one part of the herb is not available, replace it with another. It`s all about diversity.
