Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in hot oil in the pan. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Pour the sweet cream into the pan and bring to the boil. Then melt the herb cream cheese in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the meat back in the pan and let it simmer over low heat.
