- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine leaves. Save the fresh kohlrabi leaves.
- Put the kohlrabi in a saucepan, season with a little salt and a pinch of sugar and let it steep.
- After 8 to 10 minutes, add a few flakes of butter and gently cook covered in its own juice for about 7 to 8 minutes at a low temperature.
