Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mango and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the fruit in the freezer until it is frozen. This takes 3 to 6 hours, depending on the freezer temperature.
  3. Then put the frozen fruit together with the yoghurt and vanilla in a blender and puree until creamy. Alternatively, the whole thing also works well with a hand blender with ice crush function.
  4. Serving suggestion: Dust with a little cocoa powder and decorate with fresh fruit.
