Instructions

  1. Chop up the oreo biscuits and mix well with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly on the floor in a springform pan lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 6 minutes.
  3. For the filling, melt the chocolate over a water bath and let it cool.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, stir in the powdered and vanilla sugar, then add the salt and cornstarch and process everything individually with the eggs to a smooth cream. Finally add the cooled chocolate. Spread the mixture on the cooled base and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn down to 150 degrees and bake for another 50 minutes. Then let it steep for another 30 minutes in the switched off but closed oven.
  6. Let cool and garnish the cake with the fresh strawberries.
  7. It also tastes great the next day.
  8. With 6 pieces results in 420 Kcal per serving.
